FAQ’s

About the projects and how to check them

What you will find in the portfolio and how to verify it.

Yes. Every project in the portfolio is a live, published website belonging to a real client, with a link so you can visit and check it yourself. We do not show mockups or demos. This is a standard recommendation in agency-selection guides and we think it is fair: a portfolio you cannot verify proves nothing.

Creactivitat has delivered web projects across a wide range of sectors since 1998: industrial and manufacturing companies, professional services, clinics and healthcare, retail, hospitality, culture and non-profits. Tell us your sector and we will show you the closest cases; if we do not have an identical one, we will show projects of a similar company size and complexity, which is usually the more useful comparison.

Mainly corporate websites for companies, online shops, portals with custom functionality and redesigns of existing websites. Most are built on WordPress, with custom development where the project calls for it. All of them are planned with search visibility in mind from the outset, rather than a design with SEO bolted on afterwards.

Yes, and we consider it a healthy request. For projects of a certain size we can put you in touch with clients who have agreed to act as references, so you can ask directly how the process went, whether deadlines were met and what the aftercare was like.

The portfolio is reviewed regularly to remove projects that are no longer online or have since been redesigned by others, and to add new ones. We would rather have a shorter portfolio that is verifiable and current than a long list full of broken links.

How we evaluate and measure a project<

Results, metrics and transparency.

Success is not measured by delivering on time — that is the minimum. It is measured by what happens after launch: organic traffic growth, positions gained in Google, speed and Core Web Vitals, and above all conversions (forms, calls, sales). At Creactivitat we work with real Search Console and Analytics data, and those are the indicators we review with you.

We show data whenever the client authorises sharing it, and always with context. A percentage on its own tells you nothing: growing 300% from zero visits does not mean the same as growing 20% from a solid base. That is why, when we give a figure, we state the starting point and the period.

No, and be wary of anyone who does. No agency controls Google’s algorithm, and promising rankings is one of the warning signs cited by every agency-selection guide in the industry. What we can commit to is the method, the technical and content work, and transparent month-by-month measurement of progress.

Launching is not the end. From go-live we review indexing, performance and real user behaviour, and correct whatever needs correcting. We also offer ongoing maintenance and search visibility support, because a website that is never updated loses positions over time.

Yes. Current projects are also planned with GEO in mind, meaning content that ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity can interpret and cite. This is a real, measurable shift: Creactivitat’s own website already receives visits coming from ChatGPT, and searches related to AI for business have multiplied over the past year while classic search terms decline.

Before starting your project

Timelines, budget and how we begin.

It depends on scope, which is why we do not publish a fixed price that would be misleading. The factors that weigh most are the number of pages and templates, whether custom development is needed or WordPress is enough, whether there is an online shop, the number of languages, and whether content and photography are included. After an initial 30-minute conversation we can give a realistic range, followed by a detailed fixed quote.

A standard corporate project usually takes a matter of weeks; projects with custom development or an online shop take longer. The factor that stretches timelines is almost never technical: it is content availability and client approval rounds. That is why the schedule is agreed at the start with clear milestones for both sides.

Yes. Creactivitat is a registered Digitalising Agent for Spain’s Kit Digital programme (Red.es) and can deliver your project within the subsidised solutions for website and internet presence, e-commerce or social media management, as well as guiding you through the application.

Very little to begin: understanding your business, your goals and who you are targeting. From there the team proposes structure and approach. What is worth planning ahead is who will approve things on your side and how available they are, because that is the single biggest factor affecting timelines.
